Well our tour is in day 3 now but we've been in Thailand for four days now. It's extremely hot. I think it's around 29 degrees but the humidity is very high.
Today we cycled around sukhothai ancient temples on cruiser bikes. It was so much fun! A lot of history. We are now waiting for a bus to take us to Lampang.

The food is delicious. In Thai they say aroy which means delicious.
Has any of the food been hot or spicy.

Most of the food here is spicy but you can ask for a mild version. A lot of the restaurants have western food so you can order that as well. My favorite has been beef massaman curry with white rice. Caleb you should search for a massaman curry recipe & share it with the class.
